• Businesses pay a monthly retainer to have access to all experts on the panel for a total amount of time each month, 
• Advisors are utilised as needed depending on the challenge or opportunity being faced. This could be for a quick 1/2 hour conversation, a Board meeting, an all day workshop, or investor discussions,
• Time utilized is drawn down from the total available and a balance statement is shared on a monthly basis.
